All information provided is based on testing and data believed to be accurate.  The reliability of this information is not subject to any guarantee.  It is the purchaser’s responsibility to determine applicability, suitability and end-use for all products supplied by Andax Industries LLC.  The purchaser shall bear all liability, responsibility and risk whatsoever regarding use, disposal and compliance, for all products/materials supplied by Andax Industries LLC.  Products found to be defective in workmanship will be replaced.  This is the only obligation of the seller and manufacturer.  These statements are in lieu of all warranties, expressed or implied.

Fluids absorbed by products/materials supplied by Andax Industries LLC will remain in their natural state after absorption.  Sorbents are inert in their natural form.  All fluids will retain their natural or inherent characteristics.  Absorbed fluids will not be less flammable, less hazardous or less toxic.  All products supplied by Andax Industries LLC must be disposed of, handled and used according to local, state and federal regulations.  We do not recommend disposal procedures.

Andax Industries LLC shall not be deemed liable for damages, incidental or consequential, arising from or in connection with the manufacture, sale, delivery or any other use of products purchased from or supplied by Andax Industries LLC.
