It is important that the candidate is familiar with Windows-based software, has a strong attention to detail, and possesses the ability to read drawing files and production work orders. Previous experience in CNC or related equipment is a plus.

Andax is seeking an organized individual with a positive attitude to join our sales team as a Customer Service Representative. This individual will play a critical role in verifying sales orders and providing necessary support to the sales team. The candidate will be required to learn our CRM program and deliver prompt customer support via phone and email. The ideal candidate will focus on cultivating relationships with customers by delivering an excellent customer experience.

The Marketing Assistant is responsible for supporting the graphic designer and contributing to Andax's marketing strategy initiatives. The Marketing Assistant will have a range of responsibilities, including managing a marketing calendar with deadlines, editing design files, taking product photos, organizing digital files, proofreading marketing documents, working with print suppliers to order marketing materials, and assisting with tradeshow planning. Candidate should be highly organized, possess strong attention to detail, and have a passion for marketing.
