Products proven to be defective will be replaced. This is the only obligation of the seller and manufacturer. These statements are in lieu of all warranties, expressed or implied.

Unless otherwise stated, fluids absorbed by products/materials supplied by Andax Industries L.L.C. will remain in their natural state after containment/absorption. Absorbents are inert in their natural form. All fluids will retain their natural or inherent characteristics. Absorbed fluids will not be less flammable, less hazardous, or less toxic. All products supplied by Andax Industries L.L.C. must be disposed of, handled, and used according to local, state, and federal regulations. We do not recommend disposal procedures.

Products proven to be defective will be replaced. This is the only obligation of the seller and manufacturer.
