International Orders

All prices used by Andax Industries L.L.C. (including our website, e-mail messages, invoices, proforma invoices, and price quotes) are in U.S. Dollars only. If you are outside the United States, please calculate the prices in your own currency. (Check here for current exchange rates for U.S. Dollars.) All payments must be in U.S. Dollars only.

Online Ordering

Just add the items you want to your shopping cart! Then when checking out, select in your country on the Address page. Order confirmation will take place once the checkout process has been completed online.

Credit Cards

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. To avoid delays in credit card purchases, please provide accurate credit card information. The billing address you provide must be the cardholder's address. That is the address where your credit card billing statements are sent.

Proforma Invoices

Even though we do not extend credit terms outside the United States, we can provide international customers with a proforma invoice for their internal needs. This invoice would require pre-payment using either a credit card or bank transfer of funds before the order is shipped. For bank transfer of funds, please contact our International Sales Representative (contact information below.)

Shipping

Please make sure you specify your shipping preferences on the Shipping page in the checkout process. International shipping charges and estimated delivery times will be longer than domestic orders. Alternate shipping arrangements will be necessary for large orders; please contact us to arrange delivery.
