Holy cow—this Stinger® DS LED flashlight is incredibly bright. This light was replacing a PolyStinger® that I had for years. It's nice that Streamlight® made this light to function with my old Stinger® charger, so I didn't have to buy one along with it and could just use my old one. This LED unit is MUCH brighter. I love the two switches. I can't imagine I'll have much use for the strobe feature, but it's nice to have and the switch design makes it easy to use—or not use. It's also nice to have three levels of lighting. An adjustable flood/spotlight beam would have been nice, but the LED design actually gives you quite a bit of peripheral light plus an insanely bright spot. It's slightly longer than my old Stinger®, but well worth it. Great flashlight!!

I purchased two of the Stinger DS LED flashlights to replace two previous Stinger DS flashlights that I had for approximately two years. Believe it or not, the new Stinger DS LEDs are even brighter than the original, both having C4 technology. Also, the tail cap switch is very handy, much more so than I expected. Streamlight is the ONLY flashlight that my family will ever own.

I have had a Stinger® flashlight for several years and thought it was the best flashlight ever made—until I recently purchased the Stinger® DS LED. Without a doubt it’s the best light that I have ever had!!! I just ordered a second one for our storm shelter

This flashlight is great! When you go from bright sunlight into a dark building this does the trick. Way better than my old Stinger and it uses the same charger!

Great product, fast piggyback charger flashes LED when it's done charging. Have not found a brighter light out there.

Best flashlight on the market. The distance that it allows you to pick up is amazing. The batteries last a long time and even though my purchase was the normal charge it only takes a four hour charge and I can use my flashlight for my full 10 hour shift with no worries.

The Streamlight® Stinger® DS LED is a great light! It works with my old Stinger® chargers and is much brighter with better features.

I have used the light at a house fire and it was at night. The light worked very well. The light went right through the smoke. By this time all my officers will have one.
 

I’ve had this Stinger® DS LED light for about a month now. Previously I had an original Stinger® and still have it. This light has a very concentrated and focused beam. The battery life is great—very good for the aviation field.
 

The Streamlight® Stinger® DS LED is well worth the money. I work law enforcement in New York City. Standing outside of a building, it shines 8-10 floors up. Flashlight is Great! The strobe is blinding too. Great buy!

Way better quality than the Inova T4 that worked for three months before tossing it away. What I like about the Streamlights is that you purchase parts if needed, unlike the other manufacturers that want you to send the whole light in.
